Wow! This year is nearly a wrap, so I thought it would be the perfect time to do a quick review of some of our past episodes and also chat about ways you can roll into 2017 with more confidence.
Firstly, here are a couple of my favourite episodes so far on the podcast.
Episode 1 with Agnes Aldana was so great and helped us understand Facebook ads a little better. Plus we chatted about leveraging your business using the amazing online tool, Facebook!
Episode 4 was a great one with Emma Brownson. Emma is so good at helping us understand why branding is an important foundation of our business.
Episode 9 the gorgeous Mitle southey took us through a little of her own self-love journey and gave us great inspiration for bringing a little more love into our self-care.
Episode 13 was last weeks special episode on getting your business virtual assistant ready. If you are looking to outsource your business in the New Year, this with give you lots of great tips to get your started.
These episodes have some great basic foundational information that can really help you get your business structure and systems working for you.
In this episode we also go over some basic framework items that you can focus on in your business to help you take on the new year with confidence.
My Launch with Confidence Mastery, kicks off again on January the 25th and some of the basics that we cover in the course are important elements to building a sustainable and successful business. I wanted to share a few of those tips with you today.
Save yourself a little time and automate things- Use platforms like mailchimp to automate your courses and programs or Hoosuite for social media. What are the things in your business your find yourself repeating over and over again, then find a way to automate it….
Revisit your ideal client and refresh your services- Our clients don’t always stay the same or have the same needs as they had 12 months ago, so it’s important to revisit what their pain points are. What language are they using? What do they need support in? Once you revisit these, then you can have a look at your current packages and see if you are giving your clients everything they need.
Check in with your marketing- Sometimes we find ourselves winging our marketing. Not really having a plan of attack and just spending time and money reandomly. This doesn’t always get us the response and results that we want in our business. So it’s a great time to review your marketing for now and the next 90 days. Give yourself a budget and organise a little plan to keep you on track.
Look to create some evergreen products- Instead of just offering service for time, ensure you have a sales funnel that allows your clients to also work with you in their own time and pace. Evergreen products are great for this. They can help with sustainable income, as well as getting your client warmed up to work with you more in the future.
Do a self review- What are your strengths and weaknesses in your business? Once you identify them, try and balance it out. Maybe do some self paced learning to strengthen those important things you wish to learn in your business and better yet, ensure you are doing the things in your business that your totally ROCK at!
Do be afraid to ask for help- No explaination needed. If you need help, just ask. We are all on this journey together.
Get your systems and procedures nailed– This is particularly important if you are going to bring a new suer star assistant into your business.
Overall, you have done so well this year and I know you will again next year. Knowledge is power and power is confidence.
