Fern got a taste for real estate investing in 2003 with the purchase of his first fourplex in Kingston Ontario. In 2018, he decided to turn his hobby into a business and founded Property Sense where he focuses on creating win-win Joint Venture partnerships in real estate. Three years after founding Property Sense he quit his J.O.B. to pursue real estate investing full time and hasn't looked back.
