Ben Buckingham is an Australian distance runner. 

In 2017 he represented Australia at the World Championships in Doha in the 3000m steeplechase. This year, Ben is chasing the qualifying time to compete at his first Olympic Games. In this episode, talks about how he balances his job as a Lawyer with the training commitments of a distance athlete.
