We chat to Meg Reilly, Chief Coordination & Engagement Officer for the Magenta Project.

We have been longtime supporters of the Magenta Project who have been driving to increase female participation in our sport. Run purely by volunteers till now, the organisation goes from strength to strength and Meg's appointment is the next step for this organisation. We follow Meg's sailing path, we talk about the work the Magenta project has done and then she gives us a World Exclusive about their future direction, (thats our second exclusive in a few weeks)!!
