This week we try and make keel boat racing easier, cheaper, more fun and more appealing for all. After our ORC discussion (Episode 335) I had a phone call from an old mate, Brett Whitbread. He had some frustrations about IRC and handicapping systems in Australia, but rather than just whinge, he had some ideas to improve it.
