This week we talk to India Syms who at 23 navigated Outlaw, the Baltic 55 in the Ocean Globe Race 2023. The OGR was a round the world race recreating the original Whitbred Round the World race. All the boats were pre 1988 and all the tech was the same as 73. So India navigated with a sextant, a weather fax and dead reckoning. We had a bit of fun with this idea whilst the race was on.
