This week on the Ball and All podcast we are incredibly fortunate to welcome Barney Miller to the shed.  The word 'inspirational' gets thrown around a lot but when legends like Mick Fanning & Andy King look to this bloke in moments of struggle, you can be certain that Barney possesses some innate qualities that are pretty bloody rare. 

Barney was only 20yrs old, when his dreams of becoming a Professional Surfer were torn apart when a car he was a passenger in, hit a tree at 130kph - paralysing him from the chest down and Doctors diagnosing him as a complete C6 Quadriplegic.  From that point on Barney would receive a lot of 'never's' like - never breathe on his own, use his right arm, stand, walk, let alone surf again.  Barney has continued to defy those odds ever since, achieving things that his specialists thought were flat out impossible.   Further to that, it is his formidable partnership with beautiful wife Kada and their tireless work to make the lives of others better that makes Barney's story even more special.
