Little, IBM, and BearingPoint; and led insurance strategy analyst practices at technology analyst firms in the US (IDC, Meta Group) and UK (Ovum). His areas of analysis include customer experience, marketing and distribution, channel management, mobility, geospatial, and the Internet of Things.
