Basic Witches

Pro-Witch Myla Ivers is a multi-hyphenate of all things spiritual: yoga, meditation, breathwork, Reiki, and her favorite - the Akashic Records. Myla opens Leah & Rachel's records for an on-air reading that is sure to serve as a healing for listeners as well! We dove into what Myla (@master_your_magic) refers to as "Marie Kondo for your chakras", the art of stillness, prophecy dreams, the feminine divine uprising, and how your diet can affect your intuition skillz. We laugh, we cry, and we learn a lot - for the [Akashic] record.

**ALSO! Mark your calendars for our next LIVE SHOW - Wednesday, January 8th at 10pm at The Comedy Store in Hollywood! Tix available soon!**

We get real on eating disorders, depression & anxiety, OCD, Saturn Returns, and simply getting better at life. In closing, Leah and Rachel give Angie (@angieilg) a Goddess Oracle Card reading.

Tune your channel, raise your vibe, and get ready to start seeing signs from the other side! We get the big skinny on how to be a medium between realms from psychic-medium and author Bill Philipps. This opera-singer-turned-psychic-medium speaks to angels and has the voice of one. Bill walks Leah & Rachel through the day in the life of a medium, and chat blessings in disguise, toilet magick, and how to channel with the other side through intention and surrender. As Bill puts it, there is no heaven, and hell is the Earth-plane we already live in - so we might as well enjoy it while we're here! In closing, Leah and Rachel give Bill (@billphilipps) a Goddess Oracle card reading that's sure to reach you in divine timing.

Our first-ever returning guests come back as a duo for double the fun! It's bad-ass "Weed & Grub" podcast co-hosts Mary-Jane Gibson and Michael Glazer. Leah and Rachel cozied up with them to get totally open & honest about Trauma, leveling up in life, asking for help, and - of course - sex magick. You'll get a lot out of this episode from learning to love pessimists where they're at, how to capitalize on free moon water, or just enjoy the most Tampa story you've ever heard. TLDR: Life is like a finger trap - relax & let go. In closing, Leah and Rachel give Weed & Grub (@weedandgrub) a peaceful Goddess Oracle Card reading.

Vampires, and witches, and podcasts - oh my! "Directionally Challenged" co-hosts and stars of the CW's "Vampire Diaries", Candice King & Kayla Ewell join the witches for a totally magical episode. We've got big laughs and pretty cries for you as we chat astral projection, soundbaths, how trauma heightens psychic powers, and what it's like raising daughters during this Divine Feminine Uprising. Candice & Kayla may not believe vampires exist, but they do share real-life ghost stories and spot-on psychic predictions with us. In closing, Leah and Rachel give Candice and Kayla (@candicekayla) a Goddess Oracle Card reading.

Ohm-M-G, witches. Artist and DIY witch herself, Lia Taylor, sits down with Leah & Rachel to get witchy. You may recognize some of Lia's work on the Basic Witches stickers and merch, and she witch*crafts* the cutest potions & witch bottles! We discuss life's unpredictability, the 11 Laws of Satanism, using glamour magick to pick out clothes, and coffee spells. Lia tells us how she carved out time & space for witchcraft by letting things be easy & creating intuitive spells throughout her days. And it doesn't get more basic than this - Lia teaches us that the spices and ingredients in your PSL are perfect for spells! In closing, Leah and Rachel give Lia a Goddess Oracle Card reading.

We also address a very recent traumatic event we're going through and we mega-appreciate all your love, support, and good vibes at this time. If you'd like to contribute to Rachel's Recovery GoFundMe: https://tinyurl.com/yyhqqd3v

Things get real with personal development coach & host of "The Realness" podcast Conner Moore! He may have perfect bone structure, but his upbringing and life have been far from perfect. Conner chats with Leah and Rachel about accepting the darkness within instead of shaming it, challenging toxic masculinity, and embracing others exactly where they are without judgement. From magic mushrooms, to the ultra-intelligent Iowaska plant, to being naked and blind-folded beating a pillow until he collapsed in somatic therapy - this man has tried it all. In closing, Leah and Rachel give Conner (@connerwanders) a Goddess Oracle Card reading.

It was written in the stars to have Pro Witch & astrologist Heidi Rose Robbins on the pod and this witch answered all our astro inquiries and read our birth charts! Listen in to learn the actual meaning of your 3 main signs, how much does Mercury Retrograde really f*ck things up, and what do the stars have to say about our current political climate? Plus, we "trine" to get simple breakdowns of complex astrological phenomenons. We're singing our way into the Age of Aquarius as Heidi assures us that "there's *always* hope". In closing, Leah and Rachel give Heidi (@heidiroserobbins) a hot & passionate Goddess Oracle Card reading.
