Episode 090: Now today’s interview was bitter sweet because although Rem Bakamus is a Zag at heart, he was part of the Baylor Men’s basketball team that beat us in the National Championship game. 

Rem played for the Zags and was part of our 2017 Final Four team that played North Carolina in the National Championship game.  I thought it would be fun to learn the common success traits that both teams shared, and hear some of the differences in their strength & conditioning program and practice design. 

And I’m so happy for Rem because he just joined Tommy Lloyd’s staff at the University of Arizona!
