Tune into the latest gripping episode of the "Be 1 Change 1" podcast, proudly brought to you by CAS and Roscoe. In this episode we tackle the pervasive issue of how to manage and control the Chaos in our lives, a subject that resonates with everyone. Do you often find yourself feeling stretched too thin, burdened, and completely overwhelmed? Does it feel as though Chaos is an unwelcome companion, following you doggedly wherever your path may lead? If you've answered 'yes' to these questions, then this episode is precisely what you need.
We dissect Chaos, distinguishing between the self-imposed variety, borne out of our own actions and decisions, and the type that's out of our hands, a product of external factors. Our insightful discussion is designed to arm you with effective tools and strategies to navigate through both forms of Chaos. The starting point involves a candid self-inspection to identify whether the Chaos is internal or external, a vital step towards understanding its source.
Common behavioral patterns, such as overfunctioning or constantly playing the rescuer, often unknowingly contribute to the Chaos we face. Recognizing the need to break free from these patterns is crucial to step off the never-ending carousel of Chaos. Our podcast aims to guide you through this transformative journey. Don't miss out on this episode, a must-listen for anyone seeking to tame the Chaos in their lives.

Welcome to the latest edition of the Be 1 Change 1 podcast, with June's First Name Friday episode hosted by Jason and Paul. We are privileged to have former Air Force Fighter Pilot Justin "TANG" Robinson join us. Our conversation explores an intriguing concept: discerning when 'good enough' truly is good enough and when it isn't.
We discuss the importance of developing personal standards, a task that demands introspection, self-awareness, and a thorough understanding of your values, the significance of goals, and awareness of your limitations.
We advise listeners not to compare themselves with others. Instead, embark on a journey of self-improvement, comparing your performance today with your performance yesterday. Use your past as a benchmark for growth, not others' achievements.
Finally, we delve into the destructive side of perfectionism. We emphasize the importance of distinguishing between striving for excellence, which fosters continuous improvement, and the unattainable pursuit of perfection, which can lead to frustration and self-doubt.
Relax and enjoy another engaging episode of the Be 1 Change 1 podcast.
