About John
John King comes to Summit Funding with 20 years as a loan officer in the mortgage industry. Summit has been blessed to have John as a loan officer for the past 10 years. Currently, John is Branch Manager & loan officer to Summit’s Roseville and Lodi, CA branches.


Ranked in the top 1% of mortgage loan officers in the nation for the last 4 years, John comes with a plethora of industry knowledge and expertise. In addition, John has been a professional coach to loan officers for the past 5 years.


John has built his successful business on the theory that he always needs to find new ways to leverage technology to enhance his business. 


In  2018, John sold his customized CRM program to Summit Funding, and in 2020, began and has continued to be a consultant for Summit Funding as we implement and improve this CRM program. 


In his free time, John enjoys traveling with his wife of 22 years, and his 3 children. Some of their favorite spots are in Hawaii and they are HUGE Disneyland Fans!

About Vasiliy

Vasiliy Korchevoy has been in the banking industry for 17 years and specifically in mortgage since 2014. Vasiliy provided that he, "Loves helping people gain wealth, lose debt, and leart to invest and save." His mindset being one of growth, and not only for himself, but for others as well. 

Vasiliy is a husband and father of four. He loves traveling, off-roading, and hellping people areound him grow and see others succeed.

Mary Frink was born in Lodi, CA, where she currently lives and works like a top producing Summit Funding loan officer. After six years of living and working in Pensacola, FL after college, she moved back to Lodi to be closer to her brother and his growing family.

In 2005, Mary jumped back into the mortgage industry, working at Wells Fargo with another now-Summit loan officer, Blake Eagal. Four years later, she found her way to Summit Funding and in 2015, Team Frink was established. She attributes her success to the support of her team, mentors, and coaches, including Todd Scrima.

The Todd-recommended book, “Think Like a Monk,” changed the way she thinks and believes in being kind to your mind. Creating her best story is what brings Mary the most happiness and joy. She loves working hard, helping others, saving money, and adventure – traveling, camping, and kayaking. Mary also never forgets to enjoy her favorites, red wine or tequila.

She lives by the following motto: 
Be the best loan officer you can be… not the #1 loan officer where everyone else is worse than you.
Be the best daughter you can be… not the favorite daughter.

His goal was to make it a place that employees wanted to return to each Monday morning. Chris has built a culture around making people happy.

Chris has been in the banking and mortgage industry for most of his professional career. He gained experience at companies such as Wells Fargo, Countrywide, and Land Home Financial, before his final move to Summit Funding in 2011.

Chris was born and raised in Southern California. He attended California State University Chico, where he earned his degree in Communication & Design. There he met his beautiful wife Megan and together they have 3 beautiful children Landon, Lauren, and Lily. As a family, they love to travel. Their favorite destination is  the Greek Isles. Chris is an avid golfer, enjoys snow and water skiing, and watching his children play sports.

Jonas Rosenberg is a loan officer and sales manager at Summit Funding, Inc. in Oak Harbor, WA and Kennewick, WA. He has been married to his wife and best friend, Julie, for 10 years, and together they have one amazing son. Along with Jonas’s aunt, uncle, and six dogs, they reside on the beautiful island town of Whidbey Island, WA. At 46 years old, Jonas is the happiest he has ever been with himself, his marriage, and life, but uses every day as a chance to improve. He doesn’t believe in bad days, only quick lessons that can be overcome. The ‘why’ in Jonas’ life is to inspire people to never give up.
