  • 104. Remembering Your Light When the Sun Stands Still

    Send us Fan Mail

Today's episode is an intentional pause.

This held breath moment in time where we consciously remember to fully experience the exhale.

It is about the moments that ask us to come Home to ourselves.

The moments that reveal something that we may have forgotten… but never lost.

It is about releasing the expectations, the "shoulds", the obligations… and coming back to the core of your Truth, your Essence, your Light.

Let this episode become a sanctuary for you… holding you in whatever moment it finds you in.

  • 102. Taking an X-Ray of Your Life: Where Are You Gaslighting Yourself?

    Send us Fan Mail

Today's episode is another really personal one for me.

For years, I have lived with chronic pain. The kind of pain that slowly becomes part of your identity. The kind that quietly weaves itself into your daily decisions, your relationships, your work, your sleep, and eventually the way you see yourself. When something has been present for long enough, it's amazing how easily we can begin to normalize it. We adapt. We minimize. We convince ourselves that it's not that bad.

But sometimes life presents us with a moment that makes it impossible to keep looking away... And recently, I received some answers that confirmed what my body had been trying to tell me all along.

What surprised me most wasn't the diagnosis.

It was my emotional response to it.

Today's episode explores what is truly waiting for us underneath all of the performing.

It's about listening to the wisdom of your body, honoring your experience, and exploring what happens when you finally decide that your well-being is worthy of your attention, your time, your resources, and your care.

  • 99. Self-Care with the Seasons: The Energy of June Asks... Why am I here? | With Carly Whorton

    Send us Fan Mail

I am back with my dear friend, Carly, for your monthly energy forecast. I share the oracle card that I pulled for the month of June and what the image of the Waterfall can mean for us.

Carly explores some important astrological transits for June… chapters closing and new ones beginning…

This episode is jam packed with takeaways including:

    • How to live a life on purpose - recognizing that the time will be spent no matter what… so how are you choosing to spend it?
    • How a daily self-care practice enables you to be your own candle in the darkest nights
    • The magic of finding your soul tribe, while also honoring your individuality and sovereignty
    • Viewing personal development as an experiment and an adventure… we are on an information gathering quest, and embodiment of this information is a daily practice
    • What does your personal GPS look like? Do you know your current location and do you know your destination? Your north star? Do you even know how you got here?
    • Utilizing neuroplasticity in our favor and deciding our own programming on purpose, and how we can use the practice of writing to imprint this programming
    • Using a visual cue can help bring us back to our Soul and maintain momentum
    • How to make our thoughts more abundant - not in quantity, but in QUALITY

This episode reminds us that the answers are never outside of ourselves, even when the mind convinces us that they are.

June offers us a portal to come Home… to transition from our mind to our heart… and an opportunity to choose what it is that we are available for. This season asks us to take up more space, be unapologetic, take our role as a leader, and claim our power.

  • 98. The True Cost of Beauty: My Year Without Botox

    Send us Fan Mail

There’s a difference between choosing something because it genuinely brings you joy… and choosing something because you’re afraid of what happens if you stop.

And I think many of us — especially as women — have been conditioned not to question that line too closely.

We are meant to shut up and look pretty.

Today’s episode is a very honest conversation about beauty, insecurity, self-worth, aging, the nervous system, and the complicated relationship many of us have with the reflection staring back at us in the mirror.

As of this week… I have officially gone one full year without Botox.

And while this episode does talk about cosmetic procedures, and my personal experience working in the beauty industry for so many years… this conversation is about SO much more than injections.

    It’s about:

    • The true cost of beauty: financially, emotionally, mentally, societally
    • The narratives and stories running on auto-pilot, or that we create, about our self-worth in relation to our appearance
    • Sitting in the discomfort of comparison
    • Questioning our beauty rituals
    • What it means to be receptive of our own beauty and how it relates to nervous system safety

I share very openly in this episode about my own journey with injections, the insecurity I have been experiencing, the ways my fertility and health journey shifted my perspective, and the deeper healing around learning to actually receive my own beauty without shrinking from it.

This episode is about conscious confidence... about reclaiming sovereignty over our choices... about becoming intentional with the rituals, habits, and narratives we participate in... and offers practical tips for learning how to love ourselves more fully— with or without the things we once thought we needed.

So whether you’ve never touched a cosmetic procedure in your life, or you’ve been getting Botox for years…

Whether you feel deeply confident right now, or are quietly struggling with your reflection in the mirror…

I hope this conversation makes you feel more informed and more in your own power.

  • 97. Making Your Life a Musical: Remember to Live

    Send us Fan Mail

Today's episode is one of those simple, yet profound reminders that we need to return to again and again and again.

Everyone that I am speaking to lately is experiencing some sense of heaviness… and it is in that heaviness that we need to remember that we have the power to bring more light.

I was confronted with my own questions of self-worth recently, and in this episode we navigate the delicate balance between showing up for others and nurturing ourselves.

Together, we can walk each other home and re-discover how to reclaim our lives with ABBA (or your musical artist of choice), magic, love, and gratitude.

  • 96. Why Your Body’s Signals Are Your Greatest Self-Care Guide: My Lessons Through Fertility Grief

    Send us Fan Mail

Content Warning: This episode discusses difficult subjects, such as suicidal ideation, depression, mental health, trauma, and abuse. If you or someone you know is struggling, help is available.

Today's episode is probably my most personal so far.

And yet it is certainly not intended to be just a beautifully polished narrative about ME.

It is recorded with the intention of inviting you into a safe space where you might not feel so alone with anything you might be struggling with: health scares, fertility fears, relationship challenges, depression… LIFE.

Admittedly… I have felt lost and alone myself for the better part of the last couple of years. And something that I have learned firsthand is: Healing doesn’t happen in silence.

Yes, we might need to go into the silence of our own Being to understand the wound that needs healing, but it is through vulnerability, openness, sharing, and radical honesty that we can find the light again.

Some of the topics explored in this episode are:

    • How to differentiate between hiding and incubating when it comes to your healing process
    • The importance of trusting your intuition and your body's wisdom over systemic medical advice
    • How to choose and say yes to yourself, even if that might look like everything falling apart

I hope that this episode will remind you that your journey of emergence begins in the dark, where transformation quietly and courageously takes root.

Whether you're a skeptic or a believer, this episode is perfect for those looking to discover practical insights to navigate emotional storms, deepen self-love, and step into your true agency right now.
