Josh and Kit walk through the practicals of how to forgive. They discuss the preparation work that goes into forgiving, including dealing with real emotions and wounds. After getting in touch with the pain, they talk about aligning with the reality of the grace of God and walking with Him through the forgiveness process. Forgiveness is humble but powerful enough to break lies out of our lives. 

They go on to discuss how to pray a prayer of true forgiveness, and then how to walk it out practically.
