State Senator Brent Taylor says he plans to change the state law on bail conditions. But on “Behind The Headlines,” Taylor said don’t look for major changes in gun laws in an August special session of the Legislature.
“Some of those people who’ve reoffended ... there’s a small percentage of those that, I guess, maybe, we need to give up on and just talk about long-term incarceration,” Mulroy said. “But I think for a lot of them, there is a chance for rehabilitation.”

Memphis Mayoral contender Frank Colvett said on “Behind The Headlines,” his goals include moving more Memphians from renting to home ownership and discouraging property owners from holding onto property for longer periods to sell it to developers.
