Today I'm answering two questions related to tone.  The tone of voice you use is like a voice barrier in many ways, it gets in the way of us knowing who you really are.  Your tone is very connected to your psychology of the voice and can be perceived negatively far too often.  Your voice is how we determine everything about you so if you have a tone that is unapproachable or negative, that can keep you from getting where you want in your personal and business life.

Today I've got two specific questions that I'm answering that have to do with tone and how that tone is creating a negative perception.
