How to build everlasting discipline?
Many of you know I post daily on YouTube, I work out 6 days a week, and I’m an entrepreneur. However, despite everything I’m doing, I have yet to let up, and I believe deep down I could be doing more. Yeah, I know I’m crazy. But how is this even possible?— I have the utmost gratitude for life.
Gratitude is the key to everlasting discipline. All I need to get motivated, disciplined, and inspired is to remember that one day I will die. Yeah, I know that sounds morbid, but it’s true. Many people procrastinate because they believe they have all the time in the world to self-improve and reach their goals— I don’t.
I believe I have today and today only. That’s why it’s called the present moment— today is a gift, the past has already happened, and the future isn’t guaranteed. So, each and every day, I keep this in mind and give all I can.
Understanding this is the hack to everlasting discipline. The sign to start your self-improvement journey is being alive. The sign to never give up is being alive. The sign to give life your all is being alive.
Being alive means there’s still hope for you to reach your goals and dreams. All you truly need to succeed in life is a heartbeat. God has already equipped you with everything you need to be successful— life, a new 24 hours, and a heartbeat.
Thank you for tuning in— I hope it helps you become your most disciplined self.
