Belah is a mum of 2 little boys from New York City and she shared her birth story with me when her latest poppet was only 3 months old, so it was all super fresh in her mind.

During our chat Belah touches on how intimacy played a role in both her pregnancy and her labour and birth. She also shares how both her births were different and what advice she has for mums-to-be when it comes to preparation.
