2 cups of slightly thawed blueberries in a saucepanÂ
1 tbs lemon juiceÂ
1/2 tsp ground cinnamonÂ
mash lightly with a potato masherÂ
bring to a simmer, then add 230g plain white sugar. Bring to a rolling boil for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into your jars.Â
