It's the Revenge of the Return of the Best of the Best BBQ Show c-c-c-c-c-c-c-c-c-ountdown! We're halfway through the Best of the Best BBQ Show rundown, where Meat Man Yoni and Meat Man Stover take you through the best moments in 2017 from our Austin-based food podcast.
Last time we listened to clips about Terry Black's Barbecue (a favorite lunch spot of the Meat Men), a fast food BBQ competition, including Arby's smoked brisket sandwich, the Tex-Mex BBQ of Valentina's, and the traditional Texas BBQ flavor explosions of Truth BBQ.

* Horn BBQ: Pitmaster Matt Horn came all the way from Oakland, California, to visit Austin and tour the BBQ scene. He's a talented, fun guy who fit in well in the Meat Man studio.
* Miller's Smokehouse Pop-up: In this clip, the Meat Men talk about their stop by to Miller's pop-up in Austin, their amazing desserts by Mama Miller and all you wanted to know about gas station flavored water.
* Southside Market: Yoni and Stover got a behind-the-scenes tour to see how the sausage was made at the oldest BBQ joint in Texas. We also sat down for a huge meat feast with staff.
* Texas Ranch BBQ: We heard great things about Texas Ranch BBQ (formerly called 12 Bones) and we were not disappointed. Stover raves about the tremendous pork ribs being cooked up by Marco Oglesby.
* LeRoy and Lewis: We round out the countdown by looking back at our stop at one of the more adventurous BBQ places we've tried. Evan LeRoy is a real Meat Man.
