Best Friends with Nicole Byer and Sasheer Zamata

Friends, it's time for….. Besting Each Other with comedians Kenny DeForest and David Drake!  Kenny knew he was going to be friends with David when he saw David crush at an open mic and the crowd went crazy when he rapped an epic freestyle. David loves going on “boys trips” with Kenny, especially their trip to San Antonio, Texas. Kenny loves that David speaks plain and straight to the point. David doesn’t like it when Kenny asks him to be involved in bad sketch ideas while Kenny hates it when David  just says “It’s fine man.” Sometimes… it's not fine!  They both think Kenny would do better on the show Survivor and after multiple tries, in 20 years they both want to be doing well in the industry and have David’s daughter and Kenny's future daughter to be friends.  Together, Nicole and Sasheer determine whether or not they are friends!

Hello friends! It’s the crossover episode of Best Friends and Why Won’t You Date Me. Nicole celebrates the 300th episode of Why Won’t You Date Me with Sasheer on the show. Sasheer and Nicole ask each other questions from the New York Times article “The 36 Questions That Lead to Love” to celebrate.  Sasheer talks all about her new comedy special “First Woman” out now. Nicole helped inspire a few risqué jokes that didn’t make it on Sasheer’s special.  Nicole wants to move metal with her mind. Sasheer wants everyone to know that her friendship with Nicole doesn’t look like other friendships. They help answer a friendship question about friends not responding to birthday trip plans and creating more accessible activities for friends who are really active.

Guess what time it is? It’s time for Besting Each Other with Punkie Johnson and Dicey. Dicey shares that when she first met Punkie, she was appalled by Punkie’s behavior. Punkie loves Dicey’s ability to pull her away when it’s time to go but hates that Dicey loses everything.  Dicey loves Punkie’s fearlessness but can’t stand that she eats so many onions!  Dicey and Punkie believe they would do better on the show Survivor than the other person. Hey Friends! This week, Nicole wants to learn all things Las Vegas Casino. Sasheer got gifted wine from her neighbor. Nicole loves that Clyde has a dog friend in their neighborhood. A harmonious hi to you! Nicole and Sasheer are recovering from their Vegas trip. How the hell are ya?! It’s another Besting Each Other episode! Nicole and Sasheer welcome best friends Clea Shearer & Joanna Teplin. Joanna shares that she reluctantly met Clea through a mutual friend at The Frothy Monkey and the rest is history. Clea’s favorite memory was traveling to London and realizing Joanna had been using her toothbrush for three days. Joanna loves Clea’s sense of humor and Clea loves to make Joanna laugh. They both agree that Joanna would be slightly better on the show Survivor but both of their many phobias would keep them from even getting to the island.
