Welcome to a Solstice Guided Meditation for December 21, 2021 🙏🏼

I’m grateful to meditate with you under the Winter (Northern Hemisphere) or Summer (Southern Hemisphere) Solstice 2021.

Within this meditation, I’ll guide you to ground and let go with the potent full moon. We’ll connect with the 5 Earth Elements and in doing so, tapping into Mother Earth’s powerful energy lines that start to harmonize their frequencies all across the globe a day prior to any solstice and equinox. As we emulate nature, we too can all sync our frequencies to the energy of harmony. Next, we’ll breathe in love and breathe out love sending it to the World as we become a conduit for this energy.

Any time you want to balance and harmonize with the Earth Elements, you may come back to this sacred meditation space to heal, activate and calibrat. not exclusively under the Winter or Summer Solstice.

I’m grateful to meditate with you under our last full moon of 2021!

Within this meditation, I’ll guide you to release and let go of all of the non beneficial energies that you may still be holding onto from this past year. Making space for beneficial energies to come your way. Next, you’ll be met & activated by your Galactic Light Body which will assist you to raise your vibration to match that of your most authentic expression to carry forward into the New Year.

The December Full Moon will sit above the horizon longer than it normally does so we may feel the effects of this potent full moon for several days leading into it and after. It’s also stationed directly opposite of our Universe’s Galactic Center which is said to be the heart of our Universe.
Home to powerful high frequencies and magical energies which will be on offer to us around the full moon.

The energies of the December Full Moon may have you taking note of what you’ve gone through in the past, honoring where you are at, right here and now and then blessing what’s to come. As your moving into your most authentic expression of yourself! How exciting! It's within your authentic expression where you hold the keys to unlock your personal galactic heart center and unlock all of your desires!

I guide you on a journey of grounding an letting go of whatever no longer serves you; from this year and before. Next, you'll be met by your Galactic Light Body who will activate your physical body to it's highest expression and raise your frequency to match that of the Galactic Center; the Universe's heart beat.

Within this meditation, I’ll guide you to release whatever is no longer serving you while working with the regenerative energies of the new moon and solar eclipse.

A New Moon Total Solar Eclipse is one of the most powerful Eclipses we can experience and is the end of an 18 month eclipse cycle. Solar Eclipses are extra potent New Moons that unlock a door to a new portal of energy. Opening up new timelines that match all the growth we’ve experienced within ourselves and the collective over this 18 month cycle.
Maybe take a moment to open up to what you’ve experienced over the last 18 months.

The December New Moon Solar Eclipse​ is in the sign of free-spirited, the seer and the seeker, fire sign, Sagittarius. Under this New Moon, you'll be offered the energies to feel more free and may have you feeling like you just want to let go! Fire can be destructive but it’s also highly transformative. I’m grateful to meditate with you! Within this meditation, I’ll guide you to release whatever is no longer serving you. Activating under a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse will supercharge the energy and intent behind your potent release.

Lunar eclipses occur when Earth's shadow blocks the sun's light, which otherwise reflects off the moon. The Sun represents our yang energy and the moon represents our yin energy. I’ll guide you to balance both of these within while activating your divine worth in love and finance.

Lunar Eclipses are extra potent Full Moons. They illuminate areas of our lives that are waiting to be cleared. They shake us out of our comfort zones, nudging us towards growing and evolving. Guiding us to transform and take that leap of faith to the next level.

The November Full Moon is ruled by Taurus and is here to help us align our hearts to the heartbeat of Earth. This heart energy can help us transform and awaken to fated events in our lives. It is also here to highlight our relationships with ourselves, others and with our finances.

Within this meditation, I’ll guide you to release whatever is no longer serving you while working with Scorpio energy of shedding our old scaled skin to rebirth our wings and soar. Next, manifesting under a New Moon will supercharge the energy and intent behind our dreams, desires and visions. I’ll guide you to envision your dream life and send it into the stream of consciousness to be manifested and anchored here on Earth.

New Moons guide us to go inwards and the Scorpio energy is also asking us to become self reflective. To dive deep into our emotional wounds. Guiding us to finally let go to make room for more love & desires; manifesting your dreams into reality.

Under the November New Moon, we hold the power to completely rebirth ourselves, no matter what the past has been like. It's ruled by Scorpio and feels at home within this water element. This can heighten our sensitivity and may make us feel like we are ebbing and flowing like the ocean's tides.

I’m grateful to meditate with you under the compassionate warrior energy of October Full Moon.

Within this meditation, I’ll guide you to release whatever is no longer serving you especially when it comes to strife and discomfort.
Next, harnessing the energy of the full moon, I’ll guide you to activate & embody your inner & outer warrior for your highest potential and expression.

The October Full Moon has the potential to stir some conflict and drama. If you find yourself in this energy, it’s beneficial to remember that getting caught up in drama and conflict is toxic to our mind and body and may be a distraction from the real truth at hand.

Even though we have this war-like conflict energy stirring and whirling around us on this Full Moon, we learn through duality on Earth. There is also a strong healing potential for our Earth and Spiritual Warrior Embodiment.

The healing potential is given to us by the asteroid Chariklo. Chariklo activates within us grace, healing and compassion. It reminds us of our innate loving kindness that sits within our hearts. Chariklo completes a six-pointed star and activates the energies of creation, miracles, divination, protection, and destiny within us.

The October Full Moon is working with the fire element. Fire can burn down resistance, blocks and walls. As our energy blocks turn to ash, whatever we are cultivating for our next step will rise from these ashes.

New Moons are the start of a new lunar cycle. A metaphor for fresh new beginnings. Even though the sky will be dark, we can feel the pull of the New Moon and her balancing energies. Guiding us to go inward and to connect with our Higher Selves; the voice of our Eternal Soul.

New Moon's symbolize new beginnings, new cycles, renewal, re-birth and transformation.

The September New Moon carries the Element of Earth which is nurturing and wants to pull things together for us; it’s guiding us to get all of our ducks in a row with the intention of bringing harmony, grounding and stability to our lives.

The energy calls us to embrace the healing power of nature into our lives, through the food we eat or through spending time surrounded by trees, forests, oceans and lakes. You may be called to get outdoors if you can, embrace the healing power of nature, herbal medicines, and even more plant based foods to restore and recharge your energetic field. Also, paying extra attention to your digestive system.

The asteroid Nessus, is active with the September New Moon. Nessus has the potential to activate within us a desire to face our darkest shadow aspects of patterns of abuse within our ancestral & genetic lines. Whether we are conscious or unconscious of these traumatic patterns.

I guide you through all of this by taking you on a journey of grounding, releasing and healing throughout time and space from your current lifetime, other lifetimes, ancestral & genetic lines. We finish the meditation with time to set your intentions and make your new moon wishes!

The background music is 417 hz frequency. It is said to allow you to enhance your mind's ability to undo damage by helping cleanse traumatic experiences and the destructive influences of the past while facilitating conscious and subconscious positive change in your life. The beautiful coincidence is I chose this music because I liked it. When I was editing it in, I noticed it said '417 hz' and I didn't know what that meant, so I googled it and found the above description of it! EXACTLY what our meditation is about! Talk about divine guidance for us!

The August Full Blue Moon is a potent and magical one! A Seasonal Blue Moon occurs when we have four Full Moons in a season. Have you heard the saying, “once in a blue moon?” this phrase refers to this rare occurrence.

This is also the 2nd Full Moon in Aquarius in a row which is also a rarity. Having two Full Moons in the same sign indicates an energetic theme of unraveling and releasing to allow for a much needed turning point towards a greater personal freedom and sovereignty.

The August Full Moon is a revolutionary and freedom seeking full moon. It is helping us to seek a bigger truth and to expand our way of thinking. It will guide us to clarity.
