Captain of the Jets, Randy Rasmussen was known as the "Farm Boy from Nebraska". 15 Seasons, 1 Super Bowl Ring, 207 Games,  2nd Team All-Pro 1972 and 1979, and 199 Consecutive Starts, but you couldn't meet a more humble man. In this episode, Randy takes us on his journey of being a Jet. Maynard, Johnson, Buttle, Klecko, Namath, and Hill, are just a few of the players that Randy mentions as having an impact on him as a player and as a person. This is for everyone. It's for all of the football players, all of the trainers, it's for the coaches and the teachers,  it's for the farm boys, and anyone else who ever had a dream, but it is especially for his two sons and all of his grandkids. We will definitely treasure this episode forever. Our wish as a family is that through this journey, Randy Rasmussen enters The Ring Of Honor for the 2023/2024 NFL season.

On this episode, Cheryl interviews Meg Badger, NTP & Doula, as they review Cheryl's most recent hair analysis test.  Meg helps women who are struggling with infertility heal their metabolism & get pregnant. Now don't get the wrong idea here, Cheryl is NOT trying to get pregnant! Meg offers a variety of services and knowledge. Recently Cheryl had some hair testing done to see the levels of minerals and toxic metals in her body. Meg reviewed the results and set up a meeting to explain and make a plan moving forward to level out any deficiencies and/or excessive levels of minerals and toxins. Is drinking mules causing Cheryl to have a high level of copper in her body? I guess you will have to tune and find out!
