  • 16: New Year! New You?

Cheryl is flying solo for this episode! Listen in as she talks about what January means to her as she sips (or slurps) on some tea. With the New Year here and her 44th birthday approaching, Cheryl begins to think about where she is going in life, who she wants to be, and the things she needs to put into motion to keep her in the groves of this forever changing life...and body.  With some awkward editing, because she thought an attacker was coming up the stairs, it was just the heaters, Cheryl will leave you thinking and laughing.
Wishing everyone a very happy 2023. Here is to a year of more laughs, more crying (because let's be honest the girl can cry), more honesty (or less...) and lots of amazing resources.

  • 12: Sleep & Eat Yourself Happy ~ Brian Abbale

Cheryl sat down with one of her favorite humans for this episode, Brian Abbale. Brian is a health and lifestyle coach but his title is a  Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Brian and Cheryl can talk for hours about cells, nutrition, supplements, sleep, and the benefits and data from the Oura Ring (this is not a sponsored episode). Yes, they can talk for hours about this stuff, but don't worry, they only recorded an hour of many for this episode! Listen as Brian walks you through tips for getting a better night's sleep and how he helps guide his clients away from fad diets and processed foods and towards having a healthy relationship with real food.  Cheryl's sleep has improved immensely because of Brian and the only thing that has her eyes open is for a world where real food is used for fuel, strength and longevity. This episode will get you ready for sleep, but also spark your interest in how you look at food.

  • 11: 1997-Comfortably Numb

If you or someone you know may be struggling with suicidal thoughts, you can call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 800-273-TALK or simple text or dial 988.

In this episode Cheryl shares her journey and struggle with anxiety and depression. Please make note that she is not a doctor or certified counselor and she is speaking solely on her experience, resources and how she manages it. Mental illness is a personal experience and not everyone shares the same symptoms and experiences nor do they share the same tools that help them turn the dimmer up.

Cheryl is always available to listen and share her resources. Please message her if you feel she can be of help. Please listen with a gentle heart.

  • 10: Botox and Babes

Listen in as Cheryl talks with three beautiful and kind women, Lauren, Paris and Victoria, owner of Victoria Aesthetics. They answer all questions about Botox and Fillers.  Where does one even begin as a first timer? How much is too much? What procedures and injections are available?  Can't everyone just go anywhere?
Cheryl has been seeing Victoria for almost 3 years and it was time to find out these answers and finally give the answer to the people who frequently ask, "How is your forehead so smooth?"  Listen in, learn, take notes, then call right away to book your consultation. These ladies are starting to book out pretty far,  but it will be well worth the wait!

  • 9: GTS to Greatly & Co.

Listen to Michael Borisenok, husband to a great wife; father of 2 boys; and the creator and founder of the original GTS clothing, as he shares his journey with us. From being the #1 hockey player in New York State to founding the #1 athletic wear company in the United States (I may be biased), and all that happens in between, this interview will leave you with an immense respect for the clothing industry and also for Mike and the handful of talented people who work with him. I could go on and on with the details, but you will want to listen to this one. When GTS rebrands into Greatly & Co. you are going to want to purchase something immediately.  You can thank me later!
