Today's breathing technique uses the calming nature of a long, slow exhale.  With a shorter inhale, and a longer exhale breath we activate our parasympathetic nervous system.  You can try this whenever you need to find a quick sense of calm.  Press play and try it out for yourself.

In today's meditation we're practicing another breathing technique to help with our relaxation. This one focuses on intentionally separating our breathing into 3 areas of our torso ...belly, ribs and chest.
