Today's meditation was influenced by my own Human Design chart.  My Conscious Sun is in Gate 6, the gate of Conflict Resolution, and it's also my Life's Purpose in the Gene Keys system.  The energy is all about moving from the Shadow of conflict, towards the Siddhi of peace. Creating healthy relationships, by finding balance in the yin and yang, the receiving and giving, the listening and expressing.  So, the theme of today is on all the things in life that need balance.

Where are you putting labels on yourself and creating limits in your life?  Where are you putting labels on others and limiting your perception of them?  Words are powerful and when they are used to label someone or something in our lives they can affect our beliefs, our assumptions,  our judgements, and ultimately ...our actions, reactions or interactions.  Labels put things (and people) in a box, they leave out all the possibilities, and there is usually so much more to the story!!
