Today I'm sharing a little trap I've fallen into a number of times when starting new things.  It's a sneaky one that can undermine the success of getting something new - like a new routine or habit - off the ground. 

And of course, I've got some ideas for how to avoid falling into this trap, and how to get out of it quickly if we happen to fall in.
