Episode 013: Jennifer Ferch is the Chief Operating Officer at NBC Camps with a master's degree in counseling psychology and a strong background in leadership. She's also a speaker for sports leadership ministries and a passionate advocate for personal growth and community development. 

She's made a lasting impact in both my personal and professional life. Early in my marriage, Rhiannon and I learned from Jen a powerful framework for asking forgiveness. Before that, I didn't even know that there was a difference between saying I'm sorry and asking forgiveness. But that lesson became a cornerstone of our marriage. 
 
 And later on, when U-District Physical Therapy wanted to strengthen our kindness culture, we brought in Jennifer to help us integrate forgiveness into the workplace. I'm so excited for you to hear from her today, and even more importantly, to gain the courage to practice forgiveness in your own life.
