We each have this moment to live. Kyle Brown, who is a triathlete and cyclist enthusiast, shares some insight on how to feel alive. He has been diagnosed with bulbar ALS, which makes it hard to breath, swallow, and speak, and I feel so honored that he would share his words with us.
I asked him what mark he wanted to leave, and he said he wants people to realize what they have. “It is how we handle and view it every day and every minute.”
One of the highlights for him recently was having Sunday dinner with his newlywed wife and their combined 5 kids.
He says “I am living right now, and I am happy and content. That is what we are all searching for in life.”
I know that your heart will be touched, and you will want to take the chance to live while you can.
