Mother’s Day is a wonderful time for me to reflect on my angel mama.
She gave me one of the greatest gifts when she chose to live as a healthy mom.
In turn it helped me learn how to be a healthy mom.
Even though she is no longer here, her example lives on.
In this episode I share 3 ways to become a healthy mom.
1- Find an example of someone who is healthy
2- Be intentional about what you choose in the way of your food and movement
3- Don’t be surprised by failures or setbacks
It is possible to start today to be intentional, and choose one thing today to be the healthy mom you want to be.
