In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, I had the privilege of talking with a podcast listener, Soarsha. We delved into our personal journeys with anxiety, depression, and other disorders while examining the link between bisexuality and mental wellness risks. Soarsha shared her challenging path toward receiving an ADHD diagnosis and how she worked with her husband to challenge his bi misconceptions.
