Bitcoin and Biden’s infrastructure bill

The Senate just passed a massive, trillion-dollar infrastructure deal, and lawmakers are looking to cryptocurrency to help pay for it. But users of the new technology are worried a small provision in the bill may burden the wrong people with that responsibility.
