The documentary “United Skates” looks at black communities formed around roller skating across America and the struggle to keep rinks open against a wave of closures. Filmmakers Dyana Winkler & Tina Brown capture a dazzling display of regional skating styles. The film won the Tribeca Audience Award and comes to HBO on February 18.
