In honor of Mental Health Awareness, I decided to have my dear friend, Terry Channel join us!!!
Terry is a well rounded therapist and works with adults, adolescence and teenagers. Her counseling style is warm, interactive, collaborative and wholistic. Terry’s approach combines traditional therapeutic modalities such as CBT with new age modifications (at the the client’s discretion) to allow each client to reach the best version of themselves. Her love for mental health wellness paved the way for her new found passion of self care and mindfulness. Boldly venturing into the next chapter of her life, she is the living example of her one of her favorite quotes “Paint your world with your words”....
