#60 My lovely guest this week is an intuitive therapist and good friend Petra Brzovic. I have experienced her work first hand as a patient and also collaborated with her recently at our 3-day retreat; Let Go & Live In Flow. She's truly amazing at what she does. As a result of her long-standing experience in working as a therapist and a yoga teacher, Petra conducts workshops and seminars all over the world, She has also been working at Dr Joe Dispenza retreats as a team leader and also alongside Norman Shack of the Brain Research Unit in Hannover, Germany researching the connection between brain, body, energy centers and energy fields. Today we dive into how the body can hold onto memory and trauma, how we can move through this by tapping into our seven energy centers of the body.
