Micro workouts seem like an emerging trend lately, and with good reason! Hauling off super brief sets of explosive effort throughout your busy day can yield a variety of health benefits, not to mention stronger muscles and bones. Make sure to warm up properly prior to any heavier compound movements, such as one of my personal favorite lifts, the hex bar deadlift. Chin ups, push ups, bodyweight squats, the sky is the limit! Try them out if you haven't already, and begin reaping the rewards.
