2012 was really the second full year of my full blown eating disorders. As I read through several key journal entries we will pick them apart and discover bad mindsets, uncover truth and gain new tools to moving towards victory in addictive cycles.

One of my first breakthroughs (of my eating disorder) came when I began to recognize that my eating disorder had two distinct voices, and I began to decipher between each. Now instead of my eating disorders being a part of me, they were like two other people who were lying to me to keep me in captivity. With this nugget of revelation, I was able to shift in my mindset of how I was going to receive and deal with their lies. This realization launched me into a new area of victory that helped me heal from some core beliefs about myself and my struggles that (you guessed it) helped me BREAK FREE. I want to share my story with you and describe to you how to identify your own internal voices that have held you in bondage about how you see food and yourself.
