Diners Drive-Ins and Dives host Guy Fieri has been giving Boise some major love in his latest Food Network season. But although our empanadas are to die for and our burgers are delish…there’s one thing we’re missing: late night diners. Recently, I spoke with local reporter and busy grad student Margaret Carmel about why our diner scene leaves her craving more.
