Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for the week of April 21st shows that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) grapples with the shocking news of Liam Spencer's (Scott Clifton) fatal diagnosis. Liam's condition, initially overlooked as a simple brain bleed, turns out to be a devastating brain tumor, sending Finn (Tanner Novlan), Grace Buckingham (Diamond White), and Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jonas) into a state of alarm. 

B&B spoilers also show that Liam stubbornly insists on attending Kelly Spencer's (Sophia Paras McKinlay) daddy-daughter dance, Finn and Steffy are left to reconcile with his grim prognosis. Despite potential HIPAA violations, Finn entrusts Steffy with the heartrending task of breaking the news to Liam. 

More spoilers for The Bold and the Beautiful reveal that the heat is on at the Forrester Creations fashion show, with celebrity guests Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt making an appearance. However, business clashes with personal as Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) lock horns in yet another intense showdown. 

And, spoilers for B&B also hints at a potential miracle cure, reminiscent of Eric Forrester's (John McCook) storyline, leaving the door ajar for a last-minute reprieve for Liam.
