Bold and the Beautiful, airing on CBS, is set to welcome back Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire) who may pose a threat to the blossoming romance between Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor). In an upcoming episode, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), co-CEO of Forrester Creations, invites Daphne to return to the company, causing tension for the engaged couple. Despite initial resistance from Hope and Carter, Steffy remains firm, believing Daphne's return could boost the company's bottom line.

B&B sees Daphne, who previously had feelings for Carter, is reluctant to return, but the flashback scenes suggest she might not be able to resist the opportunity. This could potentially set up a dramatic confrontation at Hope and Carter's wedding, reminiscent of when Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer) disrupted Carter's wedding to Paris Buckingham (Diamond White).

Bold and Beautiful sees Hope's father, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan), is also unhappy about the engagement and reminds Hope of Carter's past wrongdoings. With a potential return of Daphne, Hope might feel the pressure and decide to accelerate her wedding plans. Viewers might see a conflicted Carter, torn between Hope and Daphne. Given the history of failed relationships for Carter, and Hope's tendency to gravitate back to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), the future of their relationship seems uncertain.
