Happy days to all!  Join (Sir) Lucious, Lamar, and Clyde this week for some very relevant conversation about all things moving forward in the world of track and field.  This week we start off with the next revolution of the "coaching carousel" and how it affects two of our very own.  Prefontaine...need we say more?!  Well, we will!  Big League will bring up a few of the events for the tiles to highlight as to what is the must see of the races.  Lastly, there is the last foolery that will be addressed by our tiles regarding the Olympic men's 4x100m quartet.  We literally testify to NOT speaking about it ANYMORE!    Clyde is in the line of fire for RAPID FIRE, only to be followed by a truly heart felt HEARTBEAT PROPS.  Well, sit back and we will "see" you in a few!
