In this episode, I talk with health guru, spiritual traveler, former math prodigy, and president of Relax Saunas of Momentum, Phillip Wilson, about his philosophies on life and death.
Reflecting on his own journey, we explore some of the keys to a good life, including balancing thinking and feeling, meditation, contemplation, presence, listening, patience, paying attention, following your inner guidance, observation, non-judgment, boundaries, self-acceptance and love, discipline, positive thinking, letting go of beliefs, desires, and fears, reframing your thoughts, desiring freedom, taking risks, treating life as an adventure, being okay with not having, not playing the victim, holding on and letting go, seeing through the illusions of death, identity, duality, and time and space, gratitude, appreciation, laughter, having fun, eating less, honoring people, biofeedback, herbs, hot springs, massages, hugs, and far-infrared saunas.
We also discuss the benefits of far-infrared saunas and how to get one.

These tools aren’t just for mothers — they can help anyone reduce stress, improve their energy and mood, and feel more in control of their experience.

In this episode, I talk with creative and filmmaker Rachel Dunn about her experiences with narcolepsy, emotions, and animal communication. We discuss the upsides of narcolepsy — such as creativity and the ability to quickly nap or fall asleep — how intense emotions trigger REM sleep and cause her body to collapse, and how she’s learned to suppress those emotions. Rachel also shares her experience with medications, sleep paralysis, a possible link to shift work, and how she channels her emotions through filmmaking and animals.
She communicates with animals through telepathy, mental images, the camera, and by quieting her mind to truly listen. We also cover eye contact, in-person encounters, and how to stay calm in potentially dangerous situations.
Rachel’s story offers a glimpse of what it’s like to live with narcolepsy, the power of emotion, and reconnection with animals amidst the noisy modern world.

In this episode, I talk with Amanda Wiggins, CEO of The cGP Lab in New Zealand. We explore how about how our choices across early, middle, and later life can influence brain health and long-term risk of dementia. Many of these factors—like high blood sugar, diabetes, hypertension, drinking, and smoking—are closely tied to vascular health. Amanda explains how blood vessels function, how they get damaged, and what we can do to protect and repair them.
She also introduces cGP (cyclic glycine proline), a supplement that helps regulate IGF-1, supports blood vessel repair, and may lower the risk of dementia, Parkinson’s, and other neurological conditions.

What if your sense of self is the very thing holding you back? In this episode, author and yoga retreat founder Yogi Aaron invites us to explore how yoga can help dissolve the ego and strip away the layers of identity we cling to — our habits, defenses, roles, and masks. We discuss how fear, mistrust, and attachment create instability and confusion — and how yoga offers a path toward clarity, freedom, and authenticity.
Through deliberate movement, breath, silence, and stillness, we begin to see what we’re protecting — and why. This conversation is about breaking cycles, softening resistance, and reconnecting with who we are beneath the masks and personas. Letting go becomes the gateway to presence, trust, and inner stability.
