Abie Rotenberg is a prolific Orthodox Jewish musician, composer, and entertainer living in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He has been producing music since the mid-1970s with a style which has been described as "soft and sweet" with a strong folk influence.

Rotenberg grew up in Queens, New York, surrounded by other up-and-coming religious Jewish musicians, including Eli Teitelbaum, who directed the first Pirchei boys choir, as well as Rabbi Baruch Chait and Label Sharfman who attended yeshiva with him. Rotenberg studied piano and taught himself guitar at a young age.

Rotenberg has also been a main fixture of the annual HASC: A Time for Music concerts. He has produced a children's audio series called the "Marvelous Midos Machine" comprising four volumes, with all original material.
 
He has produced: D'veykus, Aish, Journeys, and A LOT more.
 
Most consider him to be the most influential Jewish composer of our time.

Rabbi Yoni Fischer is the Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivas Matisyahu (Fischer’s) in Eretz Yisroel. 

With his deep empathy, unique ability to understand others, and enormous amount of love of yidden, Rabbi Fischer is a Rebbi to many, helping guide buchrim to living a happy healthy life with Hashem.

Rabbi Fischer was previously the founder and Rosh Yeshiva of Lev Shlomo in Baltimore, then as Menahel Ruchani and Rebbe in Yeshiva Shor Yoshuv and also was the Director of Shma boys camps. He has also ran a wonderful rehab for Jewish young adults in Yerushalayim.

Rabbi Fischer is known for his daily afternoon shiurim on mussar, chassidus, purity of speech, and a Torah-based perspective on emotional health. There are over 700 shiurim available on all podcast platforms.

Yitz is the founder of Third House Capital (thirdhousecapital.com), an alternative investment fund focused on impactful investments that benefit humanity. Previously, he founded and served as CIO of Gideon Asset Management, a private equity family office with a diverse portfolio spanning real estate, venture tech, finance, healthcare, nightlife, and film. Yitz began his career at Meridian Capital Group under Ralph Herzka and later at Rosewood Realty with Ari Jungreis, gaining expertise in real estate investment. In 2019, he founded Trippy.vc, dedicated to expanding access to credible psychedelic therapies, and launched a in-patient wellness center in Jerusalem to further this mission.

Akiva Perlman, PhD., is an international speaker on topics of abuse, addiction, and trauma. He has educated several hundred frum social workers from our community and is currently serving as a professor at Wurzweiler School of Social work. Dr. Perlman is clinical director of ODA’s Wellness Institute, a clinic which serves the chasideshe community in Williamsburg. He maintains a small practice in Fresh Meadows where he resides with his Wife Tamar and children.

Avremi Gourarie is a world-class Jewish musician. After the tragic and untimely loss of his daughter, he has gone through a journey of healing and self-discovery. He has devoted much of his time and energy to helping others who are struggling. Avremi and his wife Dini have created The Kindness Award to commemorate their daughter’s memory.

Chaim Meisels, 29, is the great-grandson of the Satmar Rebbe, R’ Beirach Moshe. About eight years ago, Chaim chose to immigrate to Israel and enlist in the IDF. Chaim left everything behind, enlisted in the IDF combat unit, and was sworn in at the Kotel. Chaim served as a commanding officer in the Egoz program, a special forces unit and then was in Golani. Now he is devoting his life to the organization Nevut, which helps lone soldiers after they leave the army.

Gitty Greenwald, LCSW is a psychotherapist in private practice in Brooklyn, NY, and works with adults. 
Besides for traditional psychotherapy, Gitty has extensive training in multiple body centered trauma treatments, which include: somatic interventions, sensorimotor psychotherapy, EMDR, hypnosis, intuitive healing, energy healing, and breathwork. Gitty developed training that is focused on teaching licensed mental health professionals on how to use breathwork methods within their clinical practice.

Patricia R. Attia, Phd., LCSW is a co-President of the Our Place Board. During the early part of her career she established addiction and psychiatric programs across the country. She published and lectured around the US on topics of trauma, addiction and dual diagnosis. She received her master’s degree at Yeshiva University and her doctorate at NYU.  She was one of the early trainers at Our Place and later became the clinical consultant. Currently she maintains a private practice in Manhattan and continues to be available to the Our Place staff.

Dovi Neuburger is a New York City- based comic and producer. He plays at many of the top comedy clubs in Manhattan and produces live comedy shows tailored to Jewish audiences around the country. Neuburger founded and produces the StandUp for Israel Comedy Tour, which brings Jewish and pro-Israel comedians into various communities to promote Jewish unity and raise money for Israeli families suffering from the October 7 massacre. He is the former co-host of the popular podcast “Mislaibeled” and a dropout of the formerly popular NYU School of Law.
