Megan Battles Parsons, PhD, CCC-SLP, CDP, is a medical speech-language pathologist and visiting assistant professor in Memphis, TN. Megan actively mentors future speech-language pathologists in the clinic and the classroom through both roles. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner and participant in the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association's Leadership Development Program, Megan also advocates for patient education and informed consent, ensuring individuals and families are empowered in their healthcare decisions.
