Jalen Suggs took a giant leap toward his return as he participated in contact 3-on-3 drills at practice Tuesday. Could he make his mark and return for opening night next week?

This is certainly good news after it seemed like Suggs was still struggling to take this important step and be ready for the season. It is a good sign as the Magic prepare for their final week before the season starts.

The Magic are indeed deep in preparations. Their practice Tuesday was one of the best they have had all camp. The competition increased as they played more. The games they play behind closed doors might be more important than their preseason games right now.
