Yep. For the love of Anxiety.  

Having experienced years of PTSD and Panic Attacks in my late teens and 20s... Anxiety and I are well acquainted.

And now I know how to show up for that wee bubble of ruckus'y feeling, feelings.  I call on my magical safe people to help me!

This Saturday was one of those moments and I can confirm, my WEE massive bubble has halved in size already.

Gratitude, a practise of Gratitude, what 3 things are we Grateful for?  It's been spoke, suggested, requested and shamed at us for a long time now... and for GREAT reason, it REALLY is an ulitimate way to live a more magical life.

BUT what if Gratitude triggers a negative vibe in our brain?! Every time we hear it, read it or try to do it, we feel an ich?

Well ;) we can simply SWITCH the word! Same concept, just a different label!

And the label I was gifted the other day, thanks to my Five Minute Journal App, was Joy!
