I’ve never actually been, outside of a layover here and there, so it was great getting to visit a wonderful craft beer city. Specifically, we got to hang out a lot with the crew at Dovetail Brewery. They are not only making incredible beer in the heart of Chicago, they’re also true to style in every regard – from using the right ingredients, old world brewing methods, the proper glassware, and especially those beautiful CMBecker faucets.
