On this episode, Brian has special guest Ray Rodriguez on to talk all things real estate wholesaling and flipping. Ray is mainly known for flipping and wholesaling properties. At the young age of 22, Ray is running his real estate business, currently making $350,000 in 2022 alone. The first half of this podcast consisted of Brian and Ray discussing Ray’s early career in real estate. Mainly talking about his failures and how he learned from those failures to further grow his business to a success. The latter half of the podcast consists of Brian and Ray talking about how to succeed in real estate with the right mindset, knowing the ins and outs of working on the MLS, and the details of a specific real life deal Ray is working through.

 In this podcast Brian has special guest, Dominique Gunder, on to discuss her venture into the real estate business. Dominique’s speciality is specifically in real estate flipping and has a business centered around fixing and flipping. The majority of the conversation consisted of Brian and Dominique providing value to people new to real estate who are looking to get into wholesaling and flipping. They discuss a variety of topics from the mindset a young real estate entrepreneur needs to have to succeed and the specifics of how to find deals in new unfamiliar markets. Her journey began at just 17 years old and recommends that even if you are not in a transaction, to take in what is going on as a learning experience. Her first real estate flip made her $12,000 and today she consistently has 5 to 10 deals going on.

In this episode Brian Davila interviews Casey Franchini about her real estate journey. Casey's interest for real estate began when she wanted to make money but still be a present mom in her kids life. She used to work for public relation firm which eventually shut down, and soon after moved to memphis since her husband was relocated for work there. That is when Casey and her husband began buying rentals. Casey has a much more conservative investing style and in this episode she goes over how people can get started with real estate rentals. Brian and Casey discuss what its like to be a female real estate investors and what they have to deal with.

In this podcast, Bryan interviews Aleks about his career as a real estate agent and primarily as a wholesaler. Aleks is known for being a wholesaler and he dives into the details of his business, targeting specifics such as how he scaled his business, how he took advantage of marketing through Facebook ads, and a breakdown of what a novation deal looks like in wholesaling. A whopping 60% of Aleks revenue came from facebook ads in 2021. Aleks learned the real estate game on his own through networking, youtube, and podcasts! The first 6 months of this year have been phenomenal for him as he has made nearly $1,000,000 which is something Brian and Aleks touch on.

Todays episode is 24 year old Soli Cayetano from San Francisco, California! Sale got started in real estate 2 years ago and already has 25 doors! Soli got started as an assistant to a realtor and later became a commercial real estate broker. She bought her first rental in Cincinnati and was able to do so by connecting with an investor out there! The midwest markets have a low barrier of entry and have a good cashflow. She used her own money for her first deal which was a $98,000 dingle family home. After that she discovered private money and surprisingly enough her mom was her first investor! Through the power of private money, she scaled to 25 doors. Brian and soli also discuss the mindset it took to get to where she’s at as well as short, mid, and long term rentals!
