In this podcast Brian has special guest, Dominique Gunder, on to discuss her venture into the real estate business. Dominique’s speciality is specifically in real estate flipping and has a business centered around fixing and flipping. The majority of the conversation consisted of Brian and Dominique providing value to people new to real estate who are looking to get into wholesaling and flipping. They discuss a variety of topics from the mindset a young real estate entrepreneur needs to have to succeed and the specifics of how to find deals in new unfamiliar markets. Her journey began at just 17 years old and recommends that even if you are not in a transaction, to take in what is going on as a learning experience. Her first real estate flip made her $12,000 and today she consistently has 5 to 10 deals going on.
