In her twenty-two seasons as the head coach of Creighton Women's Volleyball, Kirsten Bernthal-Booth led the Jays from the hinterlands to national prominence. On April 6, 2025, Kirsten stepped down from the head coaching position to become the President of Business Operations for the LOVB Omaha professional franchise. On the same day, Associate Head Coach Brian Rosen was named the Head Coach of Creighton Women's Volleyball. Brian talks with Terry about his journey as a high school, club, and DII head coach and the outlook for the current Creighton roster led by a terrific outside hitter, Ava Martin.
